Returns & Exchanges

 We accept return and exchange requests only for domestic (U.S.) orders. 

RETURN & REFUND

Before the packing & dispatching, all the items are visually inspected. However, in the possibility that an item is defective or damaged during the delivery procedure, you may get in touch with us in regards to the issue.

The buyer is responsible for shipping the items to us in the original condition. Item(s) must be sent within 2 weeks of delivery in a similar saleable condition as deployed which incorporates:
- All labels intact
- No stains
- No snags
- No tears
- No signs of wear
Instances of user error such as "popping" are not covered by our return policy.
We will issue refunds either as gift cards or directly towards your original payment method. We will provide you our preferred mailing address. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will issue the appropriate refund.

EXCHANGE

Exchange depends on product availability. The buyer is responsible for shipping the items to us. Item(s) must be sent with their receipt(s) within 2 weeks of delivery in a similar salable condition as deployed which incorporates:

- No signs of wear
